What is Take-Off Cabin?
As the airline that flies to more countries than any other and represents our nation globally, Turkish Airlines is looking for male-female colleagues who are fluent in both French and English, friendly, highly communicative, customer-oriented and eager to be a part of Turkish Airlines’ growth journey as Cabin Crew members.
Candidates who successfully complete all assessment processes will be recruited under the title of “Cabin Crew Candidate” and will participate in the cabin crew training at Turkish Airlines, which lasts approximately 2 months, and upon successful completion of this training, they will begin their flight duties with the title of “Foreign Cabin Crew”.
General Requirements
• Born between 01.01.1988 and 31.12.2006
• At least high school graduate
• Fluent in English and French (Additional languages are advantage.)
• Having no Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record
• Not previously having left Turkish Airlines Inc or other organizations and from previous work due to indiscipline, health problems or contract termination.
• Willing to relocate to Istanbul, Turkiye
Physical Requirements
• Height between 160 and 180 for females, 170 and 190 cm for males (Weight should be proportional to height). Please click

Assessment Processes for Cabin Crew Candidates
The assessment processes include: Online English Test, Online Document Check, Physical Suitability Check and Height-Weight Measurement, English Proficiency Assessment, French Proficiency Assessment, HR Assessments, Preliminary Medical Check, Medical Check (Airworthiness) and Job Offer.

Notes:
• We will be conducting HR assessments for cabin crew in Senegal. Assessment dates and locations will be shared at a later time.
• After the HR assessments are successfully completed, candidates will go through a medical check. Further details will be shared at a later time.
• The candidates who successfully complete medical check processes will proceed to the training and employment commencement processes.
• Candidates should not resign from their current jobs before receiving a job offer from Turkish Airlines, especially if their medical reports have not yet been approved.
• Candidates who complete medical check processes successfully will undergo a two-month training program at Turkish Airlines. The cabin crew training is conducted at Turkish Airlines, located in Istanbul, Turkiye. Candidates who do not successfully complete the cabin crew training program will be disqualified from the recruitment process and will be provided to return to their country.
• Candidates will be contacted via the e-mail addresses specified in the application. Therefore, please make sure that your e-mail address is up to date and valid and do not change your e-mail address during your assessment process.
• Expat cabin crew members are scheduled to operate on routes where the language they were hired for is used.
